About
Crossfit-Fort Bragg offers a training facility that combines a multitude of training methodologies. Ourpurpose is to provide our members with the most efficient means of achieving strength, speed, power, stamina, cardio-respiratory endurance, coordination, accuracy, balance, agility, flexibility, and optimum body composition. The regimen is challenging and unique in that it requires our students to overcome physical as well as mental barriers. Our belief is that by strengthening the body and mind one can reach their full potential in life as well as competitive athletics.
What you won’t see when you walk in Crossfit-Fort Bragg is a group of guys in tank tops standing around a water fountain talking about the girl doing leg curls in the corner. You also will not see any people on ellipticals reading magazines or watching televisions with CNN on. You also will not see guys doing sets of bicep curls with their headphones on screening out everything but their reflection in the mirror.
What you will see when you walk in our facility is group of people gathered together to do actual work. You will see C2 ergometers, pullup bars, gymnastics rings, a lot of barbells, bumper plates, chalk, and sweat angels left over from the previous class. And the occasional tear and bloody hands.
We are a community that offers support and inspiration to each other to achieve the highest levels of fitness that you desire.
On a daily basis people come in to challenge himself or herself and break personal records. This is not a one-stop fix all facility that you may see marketed at “globo gyms”. We understand and display that fitness is not achieved in one or two days a week, but through a holistic everyday lifestyle.
As owners and trainers we constantly strive to offer the best training and forever expand our knowledge and expertise. Through our training methodologies, instruction, and personal relationships we develop with our members we display the value that lies in this old car garage.
