30 Dumbbell ground-to-overhead (45lb / 35lb)
30 Toes-to-bar
100 foot Overhead walking lunge (45lb plate / 25lb)
50 foot Sprint

    Chris and I started the whole family on a slightly modified paleo/zone on the 1st with everyone…just my little testimonial. I don’t know if this is coincidence or not, but since we started, Abby has slept through the night every night (she used to wake up AT LEAST once a night) and has been sleeping later into the morning (she usually wakes up before 5:30, but has slept until at least 6am every night since we started). I don’t know if it has anything to do with what she’s been eating, but its reason enough for me to keep on track!!
