    The food looks amazing…however, I love the items in the background…a foam roller and “How to Eat Move and be Healthy” by Paul Chek. That’s good stuff.

    Proof is the pudding watching these two guys work out is almost like a staged routine. I’m in!! I could use a little accountability on my eating as well.
